🤔 5 thoughts about… the productivity tools an agent needs.

It’s true that as an agent, you really only need a phone and a laptop to operate. Sure. I spend a lot of my working life on calls, Zooms, iMessage, WhatsApps, emails and a million other apps that we all need, so as long as I have these 2 key devices, then an agent is ready for battle from anywhere in the world.

But that’s only the start.

With so much going on every second, not only running a company of 50 people but also representing my clients, my work day relies on so much more than that to ensure that not only am I as efficient as possible, but that I don’t forget anything when I have a million things flying at me all the time.

Everyone has a setup that works for them, but this is mine.

Here are 5 productivity tools I need to be on top form every day…

1. 🚀 Remarkable 2

I can’t work with a notebook and pen. You can’t file them or access them whenever you need, which is what I need when I’m on the go so much. I go through pages of notes per day, so Remarkable is an amazing notetaking tablet that allows me to access my notes instantly, anywhere, in their folders. You can also send contracts, articles and other documents straight to it. It’s been a total game-changer over the past few years and makes it nearly impossible to forget anything, as I have hundreds of notes all stored on all my devices. I have inspired so many people to buy a Remarkable that I believe I’m due some shares in the company at this point. Being 100% paper-free is amazing, and yes, that includes Post-it notes - they’re banned!

2. 🚀 Things3

This is my to-do list app. It’s the best one I’ve ever used and trust me, I’ve tried quite a few (Todoist, Notes, you name it). Things3 allows me to quickly add, categorise, schedule and diarise my tasks across all my tech. It’s simple but stylish. I have so many thoughts jumping into my head that I need to action and I’d be lost without it. Everyone loves making lists, but this app in particular makes my life so much easier. It’s another non-negotiable in my day. It’s open on my phone & laptop all the time and is even a widget on my iPhone home screen for easy access.
